SUBSEQUENT EVENTS	SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Common Stock Dividend On May 4, 2021, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $1.50 per share on the Company’s Class A Common Stock, totaling $5.6 million, to be paid on June 30, 2021, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on May 28, 2021. The common stock dividend will be funded by a distribution from Altus Midstream to its common unitholders of $1.50 per Common Unit, totaling $24.4 million, of which $5.6 million is payable to the Company and the balance is payable to Apache.
