ITEM 8.01.    Other Events.
On July 27, 2022, the Company announced that on July 25, 2022, the Board approved a quarterly cash dividend for the third fiscal quarter of 2022 in the amount of $0.08 per share to holders of the Company's Class A and Class B common stock. The dividend is payable to the Company's shareholders of record at the close of business on September 9, 2022 and is expected to be paid on October 10, 2022.
