Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

Warrior Met Coal, Inc. (the “Company”) will host research analysts for an Analyst Day at its offices in Brookwood, Alabama on February 21, 2018, at which a presentation (the “Presentation”) will be made by the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, Walter J. Scheller, III, Chief Financial Officer, Dale W. Boyles, and Chief Operating Officer, Jack K. Richardson. The slides to be used in connection with the Presentation are being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated into this Item 7.01 by reference.
