Related Party Transactions	11. Related Party Transactions On September 30, 2020, the Company entered into the Subordinated Facility, with TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. as the primary lender; and the Company issued Penny Warrants to the Subordinated Lenders. See Note 7, Debt, for a further discussion of the Subordinated Facility and Penny Warrants. The Company incurred $3.3 million of costs incurred for professional fees for advisors to TowerBrook Capital Partners L.P. for services associated with the Transaction. For the thirteen and thirty-nine weeks ended October 31, 2020 and the thirteen and thirty-nine weeks ended November 2, 2019, the Company incurred an immaterial amount of other related party transactions.
