Item 7.01
Regulation FD Disclosure.
On March 8, 2019, 2017-2 IH Borrower LP. (the “Borrower”), a wholly owned subsidiary of Invitation Homes Inc. (the “Company”), pursuant to the terms of that certain Loan Agreement, dated as of November 9, 2017, between the Borrower and German American Capital Corporation, as Lender (the “Loan Agreement”), voluntarily prepaid $80 million of borrowings outstanding under the Loan Agreement. This voluntary prepayment was applied in reverse sequential order to Component F (having an interest rate of LIBOR + 306 bps) first, reducing the Borrower’s outstanding obligation under the Loan Agreement to approximately $774,380,734. The prepayment was made with unrestricted cash on hand.
The IH 2017-2 securitization is a floating rate loan with a weighted average interest rate of LIBOR + 135 bps.
