Item 7.01
Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 9, 2019, CSH 2016-2 Borrower, LLC (the “Borrower”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Invitation Homes Inc. (the “Company”), pursuant to the terms of that certain Loan Agreement, dated as of November 3, 2016, between the Borrower and JPMorgan Chase Bank, National Association, as Lender (the “Loan Agreement”), voluntarily prepaid $70 million of borrowings outstanding under the Loan Agreement. This voluntary prepayment reduced the Borrower’s outstanding obligation under the Loan Agreement to approximately $372,614,330. The prepayment was made with unrestricted cash on hand.
The CSH 2016-2 securitization is a floating rate loan with a weighted average interest rate of LIBOR + 196 bps (excluding the effect of retained certificates).
Previously, on November 9, 2018 and December 7, 2018, respectively, the Borrower voluntarily prepaid $90 million and $65 million of borrowings then outstanding under the Loan Agreement.
