Related Party Transactions	Note 9—Related Party Transactions Management Services One of our wholly-owned subsidiaries, as the managing member of a joint venture with FNMA (see Note 5), earns a management fee based upon the venture’s gross receipts. For the three and six months ended June 30, 2018, we earned $692 and $1,399, respectively, of management fees which are included in other, net in the accompanying condensed consolidated statements of operations. There were no such management fees earned during the three and six months ended June 30, 2017.
