ObsEva SA (“ObsEva”) will hold its Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGM”) on May 9, 2018 at 10:30 am CEST in Hotel Mövenpick, 20 route de Pré-Bois, 1215 Geneva, Switzerland.

The notice containing the agenda and draft resolutions and stating the time and place of the meeting was published in the Swiss Official Gazette of Commerce on April 16, 2018.
