On November 19, 2023, Dr. Shmuel Ben Zvi submitted to the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Sol-Gel Technologies  Ltd. (the “Company”) his resignation from the Board, effective immediately. Dr. Ben Zvi’s decision to resign was due to his recent appointment as chairman of Bank Leumi Le-Israel B.M..
