For the Quarter Ended June 30, 2020 Q2 Results by Segment – Commercial Services Revenue of $27.3M in Q2 decreased 59.9% from the same quarter in the prior year Adjusted EBITDA of $7.3M in the quarter decreased $36.9M or 83.5% from the same period of the prior year The CS segment is closely tied to the rental car industry and saw impacts in Q2 due to reduced demand resulting from Covid-19 Avis Budget Group issued a press release on July 31, 2020 in which they indicated that their YoY revenue declined 78% in April and 59% in June Our CS business segment out performed these trends with 64% down in April and 50% down in June Operating expenses of $10.8M in Q2 2020 decreased by $6.0M or 35.7% from the same period in the prior year, reflecting the cost out measures taken in response to the Covid-19 impact on revenue SG&A of $10.2M for Q2 2020 increased by $600K over the same period in the prior year. CS reduced SG&A expenses by $2.3M through cost cutting initiatives. For the Quarter Ended June 30, 2020 Q2 Results by Segment – Government Solutions Adj. EBITDA & Margin % Revenue & YoY Growth Government Solutions Commentary Government Solutions Revenue of $52.5M in Q2 increased 26.6% from the same quarter in the prior year Product revenue grew $10.5M driven by camera sales to a large municipality. During the same period Service Revenue improved by $0.6M Adjusted EBITDA of $20.3M in the quarter improved $4.8M or 30.6% from the same period of the prior year. For the Quarter Ended June 30, 2020 Consolidated Q2 Results Total revenue decreased by $29.8 million to $79.8 million in Q2 2020 from $109.6 million in Q2 2019 Adjusted EBITDA of $27.6 million, reduced from $59.7 million in the same quarter of 2019 Generated cash flow from operations of $7.7 million in Q2 2020 and had cash on hand of $113.2 million at quarter end.
