Our Registration Statement on Form S-1/A filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission became effective on November 14, 2016. Under the S-1/A, we offered for sale a minimum of 200,000 shares at $1.50 per share or $300,000, and a maximum of 1,000,000 shares at $1.50 or $1,500,000.
