RELATED PARTY TRANSACTIONS

Receivables, payables, revenues and expenses, which are included in our condensed consolidated financial statements for all transactions with related parties, were not material as of and for the three months ended March 31, 2024 and the comparable periods of the prior year. Related parties are defined as entities related to our directors, officers, and main shareholders as well as the partners of our consolidated joint ventures.

Loan receivables as of March 31, 2024 and December 31, 2023 include $85.0 million to Dofcon, for which interest income of $1.8 million has been recorded during the three months ended March 31, 2024 and nil for the three months ended March 31, 2023.
