Item 5.02. Departure of Director or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 4, 2022, Fulcrum Therapeutics, Inc. (“Fulcrum”) notified Mr. Peter Thomson of the elimination of the Vice President, Finance & Accounting position and, as a consequence, the termination of his role as Fulcrum’s principal accounting officer, effective as of March 11, 2022. Mr. Thomson will remain employed with Fulcrum in a transitional capacity through April 1, 2022.

Fulcrum appointed Mr. Gregory Tourangeau, Fulcrum’s Controller, as principal accounting officer effective March 11, 2022.
