On Friday, June 7, 2024, Shattuck Labs, Inc. (the “Company”) held its 2024 Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). As of the close of business on April 11, 2024, the record date for the Annual Meeting, there were 47,550,872 shares of common stock entitled to vote at the meeting. At the Annual Meeting, each of the Company’s director nominees was elected and the other proposal voted on was approved. The final voting results are set forth below:
