Item 5.02. Departure of directors or certain officers; election of directors; appointment of certain officers; compensatory arrangements of certain officers.
On May 15, 2024, the Board of directors of the Company appointed Sergei Glinka as a director of the Company. Mr. Glinka, age 58, since 2019 has been the Commercial Manager of TG Biochemicals Limited, Cyprus. Since 2019, he has been a member of the Board of GST Investments OÜ, Estonia. Commencing in 1973 Mr. Glinka attended secondary school in Moldova, graduating in 1981, and graduated from the Tallinn Merchant Marine School, Estonia, in 1986.
