On April 13, 2020, the Registrant posted on various social media platforms that as of April 13, 2020, it has processed hundreds of Paycheck Protection Program applications resulting in approximately $100 million in assistance for its small business customers. A copy of the social media post is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
