The earnings per share calculation for the three- and nine-month periods ended April 30, 2023, excludes less than 1 million stock options that would have been antidilutive. The earnings per share calculation for the three- and nine-month periods ended May 1, 2022, excludes approximately 1 million stock options that would have been antidilutive.
