(1) In 2018, we recognized an impairment charge of $75 related to the goodwill of the Bolthouse Farms carrot and carrot ingredients reporting unit. In 2017, we recognized impairment charges of $212 related to the intangible assets of the Bolthouse Farms carrot and carrot ingredients reporting unit and the Garden Fresh Gourmet reporting unit.
