Magnus Holdings Co., Ltd. purchased shares during various dates between July 26, 2011 and November 2, 2016 through private transactions prior to and in connection with the Issuer's IPO, which closed on November 2, 2016, including warrant exercises and acquisitions of shares from other large shareholders of the issuer.
