Randolph Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), the holding company of Envision Bank (the “Bank”), announced today that Janis E. Wentzell retired as a member of the Board of Directors of the Company and the Bank, upon her attaining age 75, effective February 3, 2022. Ms. Wentzell’s retirement is not the result of any disagreement with management, or the Board related to our operations, policies or practices.
The Company does not expect to nominate any new member of the Board.
A copy of the press release announcing Ms. Wentzell’s retirement is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
