| | 1. | During the first quarter of 2019, Historical DuPont announced an expanded launch of its Qrome® corn hybrids following the receipt of regulatory approval from China. As a result, Historical DuPont reclassified the amounts from indefinite-lived IPR&D to developed technology. |
