1 We have VIEs that represent a portion of the condensed consolidated balances recorded within the "restricted cash," and other financial statement line items in the condensed consolidated balance sheets (see Note 13, Power Purchase Agreement Programs). In addition, the restricted cash held in the PPA II and PPA IIIb entities as of September 30, 2020, included $12.4 million and $0.5 million of current restricted cash, and $96.3 million and $20.0 million of non-current restricted cash, respectively, and these entities are not considered VIEs. The restricted cash held in the PPA II and PPA IIIb entities as of December 31, 2019, included $108.7 million and $20.0 million of non-current restricted cash, respectively, and these entities are not considered VIEs.
