Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
     On May 13, 2008, Eric S. Nadeau notified Camco Financial Corporation (“Camco”) of his decision to pursue another career opportunity and resign as Chief Financial Officer, Senior Vice President and Treasurer of Camco and Advantage Bank. His resignation is anticipated to be effective at the close of business on June 3, 2008.
