(the “Company”) has determined to conduct its upcoming annual meeting of stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”) as a virtual meeting of stockholders, and the details for how to participate in that virtual meeting of stockholders are described in the Definitive Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed by the Company on March 19, 2020.
