On September 11, 2023, Blue Owl Capital Corporation II’s (the “Company”) board of directors declared monthly distributions of $0.06 per share payable on or before November 1, 2023, November 29, 2023 and December 27, 2023 to shareholders of record as of October 31, 2023, November 28, 2023, and December 26, 2023.
On September 11, 2023, the Company’s board of directors declared a special distribution of $0.05 per share payable on or before November 15, 2023 to shareholders of record as of September 30, 2023.
