Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On January 25, 2022, the board of directors of Owl Rock Capital Corporation II (the “Company”) declared regular monthly distributions for January 2022 through March 2022. The regular monthly cash distributions, each in the gross amount of $0.050180 per share, will be payable monthly to shareholders of record as of the monthly record date.

On January 26, 2022, the Company determined that shares issued pursuant to the Company’s distribution reinvestment plan will be issued at price of $8.98 per share following a change in the Company’s net asset value per share.
