ITEM 7.01 REGULATION FD DISCLOSURE.

On July 25, 2019, Medalist Diversified REIT, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release, a copy of which is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference, announcing the expansion of the Board of Directors of the Company (the “Board”) and appointment of Ms. Dianna Raedle and Mr. Mark Mullinix to the Board.
