Employee Benefit Plans | Employee Benefit Plans The Company sponsors a 401(k) defined contribution savings plan that covers substantially all of its eligible employees. Under the plan, the Company contributes safe-harbor matching contributions to eligible plan participants on an annual basis. The Company may also contribute additional discretionary amounts to plan participants. The Company's contributions to the plan were $1.7 million, $1.2 million and $1.3 million for the years ended December 31, 2022, 2021 and 2020, respectively. The Company offers a comprehensive medical benefit plan to eligible employees. All obligations under the plan are fully insured through third-party insurance companies. Employees participating in the medical plan pay a portion of the costs for the insurance benefits.
