Resignation of Directors
Effective as of December 12, 2017, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (the “Company”) accepted the resignation of David H. Wasserman. Mr. Wasserman is a Partner of Clayton, Dubilier & Rice, LLC, the former equity sponsor and principal stockholder of the Company.
