On January 23, 2019, Pascal Convers, Executive Vice President, Strategy, Development and Investor Relations of SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his intention to resign, effective as of February 28, 2019, to pursue other opportunities.
