On November 9, 2018, Michael J. Grebe resigned as a director of SiteOne Landscape Supply, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Grebe’s resignation was effective on November 9, 2018 and was not a result of any disagreement with the Company, the Company’s management or the Board of Directors.
