On March 12, 2024, Laird Superfood, Inc. ("the Company" or "we") filed a Current Report on Form 8-K (the "Original 8-K") disclosing, under Item 2.02 and Item 9.01 our financial results for the year ended December 31, 2023. The Company is now filing this Amendment to include a functioning link to Exhibit 99.1.
