LONG-TERM RECEIVABLES	12. LONG-TERM RECEIVABLES The Company entered into a long-term loan agreement with an independent third party in September 2022. The principal to the borrower is $2.5 million. The loan is interest free and will be expired in August 2025.

The entire disclosure for claims held for amounts due a entity, excluding financing receivables. Examples include, but are not limited to, trade accounts receivables, notes receivables, loans receivables. Includes disclosure for allowance for credit losses.
