Section 1-I: We contract with our IT consultant Integrity Technology Solutions (ITS) of Bloomington, IL to manage our Microsoft Office 365 applications, including One Drive Cloud Storage; and to provide Managed Backup and Disaster Recovery Services. Consolidated daily backup images of our data are securely replicated overnight to a cloud storage facility that maintains current SSAE-16 SOC2 Type 1&2 audits. Updated copies of the SOC2 documentation is available through ITS annually.
Our Saleforce.com, Inc. CRM data is stored in cloud by Salesforce through a direct contract with our firm. This data is backed up daily in cloud storage through AvePoint. The AvePoint backup services are managed through our contract with ITS.
