On May 31, 2023, Siyata Mobile Inc., a global vendor of Push-to-Talk over Cellular (“PoC”) devices and cellular signal booster systems, announced that it will be presenting at the 13th Annual LD Micro Invitational conference at the Luxe Sunset Boulevard Hotel, Los Angeles, California, on June 6th-8th, 2023. The event is expected to feature 150+ companies, presenting in half-hour increments, as well as private “one-on-one” meetings.

The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
