Signifi Mobile, Inc., the wholly-owned subsidiary of Siyata Mobile Inc. (Nasdaq: SYTA/SYTAW) (“Siyata” or the “Company”), a global vendor of Push-to-Talk over Cellular (“PoC”) devices and cellular signal booster systems, entered into a Full Factoring Agreement for its accounts receivable with a private Canadian lending company as of April 21, 2023 .
