During 2018 and 2017, the Company’s operations were in the resource industry in Bulgaria, and Turkey with head offices in the United States and a satellite office in Sofia, Bulgaria. The Company operated a few segments, a head office in Canada, an oil and gas operations in Turkey and its oil and gas properties are located in Bulgaria.
