Item 4.01. Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant.

 

Engagement of New Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm

 

On September 13, 2019, the Board of Directors of Webstar Technology Group, Inc., a Wyoming corporation (the “Company”) engaged D. Brooks and Associates CPA’s P.A. (“D. Brooks”) as the Company’s independent registered public accounting firm. During the Company’s two most recent fiscal years ending December 31, 2017 and 2018, and for the subsequent interim periods prior to engaging D. Brooks, neither the Company nor anyone acting on the Company’s behalf consulted D. Brooks with respect to any of the matters or reportable events set forth in Item 304(a)(2)(i) and (ii) of Regulation S-K.
