Item 7.01  Regulation FD Disclosure.

On July 18, the Company issued a press release announcing the U.S Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) has established a 2019 monthly fee schedule amount for Optune.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
