Explanatory Note

On January 22, 2024, Biodexa Pharmaceuticals Plc (the “Company”) released a letter from Stephen Stamp, the Company’s Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer, to its shareholders regarding the Company’s progress for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2023 and providing an outlook on the fiscal year ending December 31, 2024, a copy of which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
