Explanation of Responses:
1. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares of common stock of the Issuer were sold in multiple transactions by the Reporting Person at prices ranging from $55.13 to $55.31, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide upon request by the Commission staff, the Issuer, or a security holder of the Issuer full information regarding the number of shares of common stock sold at each separate price within the range.
2. The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares of common stock of the Issuer were sold in multiple transactions by the Reporting Person at prices ranging from $55.00 to $55.20, inclusive. The Reporting Person undertakes to provide upon request by the Commission staff, the Issuer, or a security holder of the Issuer full information regarding the number of shares of common stock sold at each separate price within the range.
3. 50% of the shares subject to the option vested on June 9, 2017 and the remaining 50% vested on June 9, 2019.
4. 50% of the shares subject to the option vested on September 9, 2016 and the remaining 50% vested on September 9, 2018.
5. Form 4 filed by the Reporting Person on June 28, 2021 incorrectly reflected the number of options remaining following the exercise reported thereon. The correct number of options that should have been reflected thereon was 20,622.

The transactions reported in this Form 4 were effected pursuant to a Rule 10b5-1 Trading Plan adopted by the Reporting Person.
