On July 3, 2024, Nano Dimension Ltd.’s (the “Registrant”) and Desktop Metal, Inc., a Delaware corporation (“Desktop Metal”), held a joint investor call in connection with their recently announced Agreement and Plan of Merger (the “Merger Agreement”) entered into on July 2, 2024 by and among the Registrant, Nano US I, Inc. a Delaware corporation and an indirect wholly owned subsidiary of the Registrant, and Desktop Metal and made available on its website an investor presentation with respect to the proposed transaction, a copy of which is incorporated herein by reference and furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1. A copy of the transcript of the investor call is also incorporated herein by reference and is furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.2.
