Nano Dimension Ltd. (the “Company”) has been made aware of a police investigation, pursuant to which Mr. Iztchak Shrem, the Company’s co-Chairman of the Board of Directors, was detained for questioning and later released under restrictive conditions.

To the Company’s knowledge, the above mentioned police investigation in no way pertains to the Company and/or Mr. Shrem’s activity or position with the Company.
