The following information is being furnished pursuant to Item 2.02 of Form 8-K. As previously disclosed, Daseke, Inc. (the “Company”) will participate in the Stifel 2020 Transportation & Logistics Conference in Miami Beach, Florida on February 12, 2020 and will also participate in the Loop Capital Markets Transportation, Logistics and Materials Conference in Coral Gables, Florida on February 13, 2020. In connection with its participation at these conferences, the Company will post a new investor presentation titled “Daseke, Inc. — Investor Presentation February 2020,” on February 11, 2020, which will contain certain preliminary unaudited financial results for the fourth quarter of 2019 and full year 2019, to the Company’s website at investor.daseke.com. This investor presentation, once posted, may be viewed on the Company’s website by first selecting “Investors,” then “Events & Presentations.”  A copy of the investor presentation is also furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
