On August 21, 2024, Guardion Health Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release (“Press Release”) announcing that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend in an amount equal to $5.00 per share of common stock held by its stockholders of record on September 9, 2024 and a payment date of September 23, 2024. The Press Release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this current report.
