Item 7.01. Regulation FD Disclosure.
Nabriva Therapeutics plc (the “Company”) from time-to-time presents or distributes to the investment community, at various industry or other conferences, slide presentations in order to provide updates and summaries of its business. The Company’s current corporate slide presentation (the “Slide Presentation”) includes certain information regarding SIVEXTRO®’s listing in the National Drug Code, which resulted in the Company recognizing 100% of net product sales of SIVEXTRO in its results of operations beginning on April 12, 2021. The Slide Presentation is attached to this Current Report on Form 8-K as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference into this Item 7.01. The Company undertakes no obligation to update, supplement or amend the materials attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
