The collaboration revenue for the three months ended March 31, 2018 reflects the amounts recorded from the Sinovant License Agreement (see Note 11) and includes the $5.0 million non-refundable upfront payment received as consideration for entering into the license agreement with Sinovant as well as $1.5 million of variable consideration related a future milestone payment that the Company received in the first quarter of 2019. The $1.0 million of collaboration revenue for the three months ended March 31, 2019 reflects the upfront payment under the Sunovion License Agreement received in April 2019 (see Note 12).
