PDUFA Date for CONTEPO™

 

On January 14, 2019, Nabriva Therapeutics plc (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (the “FDA”) had provided the Company with a revised Prescription Drug User Fee Act (“PDUFA”) target action date for CONTEPO™ (fosfomycin for injection) for the treatment of complicated urinary tract infections (“cUTIs”), including acute pyelonephritis.  The revised PDUFA date is April 30, 2019, which is two months earlier than the original PDUFA date of June 30, 2019.
