Announcement of Proposed Rights Offering and Setting of Record Date

On November 11, 2016, Nabriva Therapeutics AG issued a press release announcing that it plans to raise additional capital through a rights offering. The record date of the rights offering will be November 22, 2016. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated by reference herein.
