Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
On April 28, 2021, the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of EverQuote, Inc. (the “Company”) approved a salary increase for Jayme Mendal to $315,000 per year from his prior salary of $200,000 per year. The increase in salary is in connection with Mr. Mendal’s previously announced promotion to Chief Executive Officer.
Item 8.01 Other Events.
On April 27, 2021, the Company announced that the 2021 Annual Meeting of the Company’s stockholders will be called for and held on June 10, 2021.
